How do I get it out?

Two ways:

1. You can extract files using the extraction menu.

2. You can load the file and then save it.

 

The first version doesn't alter the file, the second option might change it a bit.

Seems that it worked. I think anyway... BTW, is there anyway to clean out all the alt tiles execpt for ones you specifiy (the door alt tiles)

 

Um not fixed and fixed. In that order. What do I do to fix this? Could unused tiles cause the problem? How about a create whose scripts and dialogue aren't yet valid?
