Guest Sharky Posted June 14, 2007 Share Posted June 14, 2007 I've just made a fresh reinstall of BG2 SoA+ToB and I had a bit of an unpleasant surprise when I resumed an earlier savegame: Amber now bears the new nickname of 'Buckler +2'. A bit unnerving when I try to romance her, really All of my attempts to change her name back using Shadowkeeper were unsuccessful What can I do to get her name back? PS: I installed the mod correctly and there are no other problems with it. Link to comment

Meira Posted June 14, 2007 Share Posted June 14, 2007 Yes, like many mod NPCs Amber has a string fixer in case re-installing messes up her name and soundset. All you have to do is load the game, select her portrait and press SHIFT-k. That should fix the issue. Link to comment
