summon effects in iwd2

The code for these are all the same, but the system overrides the .cre's EA to ally (for 0x19a) and to enemy (for 0x19b).


It is possible to summon random number of creatures by the dice count/sides fields which are normally used for level limit.


So the number of summoned creatures is (dice count)d(dice sides)+param1
