When charname and his party are fully healed:

 

1- drop an object to the ground

2- rest

3- the object is still there, even if you rest and rest and rest for months and months

 

 

When charname is wounded

 

1- drop an object to the ground

2- rest for, say... maybe 10 days, enough to recover health

3- the object is gonerz

This is neat, but it's also hardcoded, and there's nothing we'd be able to do about it.
