Kulyok
Do you have Tutu or EasyTutu from http://pocketplane.net/tutu installed? If not, install it. If the answer is yes, make sure you're unpacking and installing BG1 NPC Project into your Tutu directory, not BG1/BG2 directory. Link to comment
berelinde
First of all, are you absolutely certain that you are installing it in your BG Tutu folder? If you're using EasyTutu, and you should be, if you're an English speaker, you will probably be installing it in the folder with the path C:\Program Files\BaldursGateTutu. You have done a full install of both BG1 and BG2 prior to the Tutu conversion, right? BG1 NPC uses FW0100, NW Baldur's Gate (Helm & Cloak, Silvershield Estate), as it's check file, so if you've done a full install, there's no reason that area won't be there. If it isn't either of those, I don't know what to tell you. Edit: Kulyok beat me to it while I was looking up the check file and area ref. Link to comment
