How often do original npc and pc banters occur in the game? How about modded npcs? Banters between fellow npcs?

30 minutes of game time for love talk, but for banter, not really sure, 15 mins? might depend on which NPC it is. some seem to have more to say than others. whether you want them too or not.

Depends. With jcompton banter accelerator installed, you have interparty banter every forty minutes. Without it, rarely - impossible to tell.

 

In Bioware romances, you get lovetalks every fifty-sixty minutes. In mod romances, it depends on the romance - about forty minutes with Kelsey, fifty with Xan, etc. In many, if not most, modded romances there're event-dependant talks, too, so sometimes you can get three talks in an hour, if you're (un)lucky.
