BG2 Tweak Pack: loading order

With the influx of new mods, I'm starting up another run-through of BG2. My concerns are to make sure everything works together, and to the optimum advantage of each. So I'm wondering where in the following subset of mods I'm running the Tweak Pack belongs?

 

G3 Anniversary Mod

Unfinished Business

Quest Pack 2.3

NPC mods

The Longer Road

Tower of Deception

Dungeon Crawl

iiItem

Ashes of Embers

After that too, as far as I know. Usually you install it last, so it can tweak anything introduced by other mods, and so you can uninstall tweaks easily if you decide you don't like them, or install new ones.
