Alora is sent to appear in Gullykin (though originally when the problem appeared I did not have Sword Coast Stratgems installed (this also moves characters around). Evidently SCS takes note if certian characters already moved and doesn't move them. I haven't tried for the problem since SCS was installed (because I haven't gotten the game to that point yet) (I'm still level one and getting butchered by Bassilus, *groans*) (As a side note, I've also been having problems with my character getting refered too as the wrong gender in several dialogue peices (though the romances still seem to work normally, at least Shar-Teel anyway). Additionally not all of Bassilusses skeleton's go down when I pursue his dialouge all the way to its end and select the final entry 2 (many skeletons fall, but not all). Link to comment

I've been getting it, as well. Your only choice is uninstalling this component, I'm afraid. OR it might be a conflict between BG1 NPC Project and this one: ~SETUP-SCS.TP2~ #0 #110 // Move NPCs to more convenient locations In fact, I believe it's been specifically stated these two shouldn't be installed together, since they overwrite each other. I also had Alora's starting location changed via BG1NPC, so I dunno what's happening there. If it's related, my first visit to the Hall of Wonders was during the night. Link to comment

cmorgan Posted January 22, 2008 Share Posted January 22, 2008 We have been fighting this in several versions, and I am pretty sure each time it comes up it is flaky. Now we know why WizWom's fix works on my test install, so I am depreciating all of the older fixes that are not having the desired effect, rechecking against the original code (J# may or may not be in the original Tutu!) and rebuilding it so that the script on Tutu, EasyTutu, and BGT all end up with the desired result if she is in the party already.
