Both for me, as well - actually, before yesterday I had a very slight idea of what Futurama is(it's still slight). But after they told me there're bars there where they sell drinks in the Klein bottles, I thought it was worth trying to watch, at least.

Futurama was a cartoon that aired on the Fox Network in the early 2000s, created by the same person who developed The Simpsons. Like many other good shows, Fox canceled it before its time, and it's been living on in reruns ever since. It seems that they are making the leap to new feature-length DVDs, however, and "Bender's Big Score" is (hopefully) just the first.

There's supposed to be four all together. Bender's Big Score, The Beast With a Billion Backs, Bender's Game (summon the pun police!) and Into the Wild Green Yonder.

 

 

Apparently, the next two will be released in 2008.
