Just a quick question, would the seperatable npc pairs component conflict in anyways with the BG1NPC Project?

 

I'd like to install the component, but I'm wondering if it might somehow mess up certain banters?

I don't think so - a lot of players are using well-known exploits to separate the pairs(such as leaving Dynaheir in an empty house, dumping her from the party and exiting), and all BG1 NPC banters work well in such cases.

 

(But, yes, you might well get a banter where, say, a third NPC talks to Jaheira and Jaheira acts as if Khalid and she were still together, when, thanks to a component of SCS/your own pluck, they're not.)

 

Moving NPCs to more convenient locations will, however, interfere with BG1 NPC component which does the same thing. So, please, read SCS readme carefully.
