Fine Weapon Shattering

Hi all,

 

This is a rather unique bug it seems (by that I mean I did a search and didn't find anything): My F/M/T dual wields fine short swords with an extra in the 2nd slot for right hand. I get the "Charname - My Weapon has Shattered!" in the message box, but there is not shattered weapon or missing weapon in the inventory. This has happened twice now. However, normal weapons break as they should. This has only affected fine short swords AFAICT, since I haven't tested any other fine weapons yet. I'm not really sure what the problem is or how to go about trouble shooting it. Any tips?
