REPLACING STATES

What is the correct format for my .d file in order to replace a particular state in a particular dialog?

 

In this case, I want to replace state #358 in JAHEIRAJ.DLG so that I can alter her text in the SAY portion of the state. I've found plenty of info to ALTER_TRANS, but not much regarding the top half of the states.

...though there may be a better way.
