Unrecognizable Programs/Can't Install

I have Windows XP, the files, Setup-AurenAseph.command (59 bytes), Setup-ArunAseph (1,507,840 bytes), and the AurenAseph Folder (17.4 MB) are in my BGII - SoA folder where my game is. The AurenAseph NPC is version 6.

 

I'm thinking I'm missing something basic for my computer that doesn't let me open the Setup file.
