.2da documentation?

In part 2 of CamDawgs kit modding tutorial, he lists the files that have to be modified for the new kit. Where can I find documentation about these .2da files (especially WEAPPROF.2da), so I know what number is what alignment/weapon/inventory slot/etc.?

 

I hate being painfully new to modding something, it makes me ask a ton of questions like these, lol.

Up there at the top of the page, you see "IESDP"? Well, that stands for Infinity Engine Structure Description Project.

 

It's grown a bit beyound that, to also describe what things do and mean. Including .2DA files. http://iesdp.gibberlings3.net/2da/2da_tob/weapprof.htm is the page on EAPPROF.2DA
