Weird. You didn't, by any chance, have the game running while trying to install the mod, did you?

I guess you might as well post your WeiDU.log, and probably your SETUP-BG1NPC.DEBUG file too, if you can attach that or link to it here. If not, I'm sure cmorgan will be by with his email address.

for #1, the install is choking on

so something has messed with your BGT (has to be BGT because Tutu would give _NALIN) install and removed or renamed NALIN.DLG. Most likely a Mega install, because on vanilla BGT 1.05, not only are there multiple clean, tested installs, but it has more than two states:

So something is seriously messing with your install, man - possibly from the original BG install.

For the X#WINSKI to fail, you have to be missing a major .cre, too -

COPY_EXISTING ~%tutu_var%WINSKI.cre~ ~override/X#WINSKI.cre~

a fail on that means that your game doesn't have a reference to winski.cre, which is kind of... game breaking...

Are you sure your install didn't start from a hosed BG?

The choke on Nalin would be caused by NEJ2. I ended up removing the Nalin.d file from my NEJ2 install because Vlad overwrites the Brage encounter dialog with Nalin and only runs the temple store so even without BG1NPC installed when you bring Brage back to the temple, after the 1st line of dialog you get a CTD. I've attached a fix for this here: http://www.shsforums.net/index.php?showtop...id=374047

Use this ONLY if you installed BGT and then NEJ2v691 after BGT in your install.

erebusant,

I don't understand what to install at first? BGT or NEJ2? :) In your WeiDU_Install_Log_011408.txt I've read that you had installed BGT at first, but on other Forum I've read that BGT mast be installed after all BG2 mega-mods and before all BG1 big mods? So, what information is true?

By the way could you tell what is NEJ, and what is NEJ2? Are they different mods?

NEJ & NEJ2 as I refer to them are synonymous, and more to the point refer to v691.

Others may use different installation orders. I don't proscribe to them. There are a variety of ways to install the WeiDU mods. The way I do it I find to cause fewer compatibility issues and makes more sense for me. It also helps to understand what it is you are installing and what it is supposed to do, rather than just run through installing as much as you can for the sake of installing it. There are a lot of mods out that claim to be "WeiDU" that actually overwrite a lot of files, rather than patch them, and even some of the staple "Big" mods have instances where overwrites occur. These are usually where incompatibilities occur, and one of the primary things I've been working at finding and rooting out in my mega-install.
