Senka
Thank you, although I understood you are not entirely happy with my Ajantis characterisation, I am happy to hear about players still playing BG1. I will play your mod I promise because love Ajantis very much and never play BG1 without him Link to comment
jastey
Thank you! I hope you won't regret it. Link to comment
jastey
I just learned that item abilities can't recharge in BG1 after resting. So the present Ajantis gives the PC will have more than 1 charge, but will not be rechargeable. Link to comment
Rabain
will be postboned. That conjurs up all sorts of unholy thoughts... I smiled at this one myself...though seeing it was replicated again in a subsequent post I am assuming it's a simple mispelling rather than a mistyped key. Either that or Jastey has romantic ideas for Ajantis on the mind all of the time! Postponed! Link to comment
jastey
Postponed... I meant postponed all the way. I don't think I really want to know what associations "postboned" might lead to, although I have to admit I don't know. Sorry for any unwanted innuendo! (How embarrassing.) Link to comment
jastey
(cough) Well erm, yeah. That is about the meaning I was afraid of it would have. Thank you for the link, though. Link to comment
jastey
I am happy to say that it seems the mod will also work on vanilla BG1 without TotSC installed. Only thing, the rest scene in the tavern will play the "camp fire" movie, as there is no "FadeToColor[]" in BG1 without TotSC. EDIT: Using cmorgan's approach of double platform coding, which I extended to BG1 engine, the situation for the resting scene will be: fading to black for BG1-TotSC; "campfire" movie for resting scene in plain BG1. jastey
Thank you! I am very excited about it. For some obscure reason, I had the impression "IncrementGlobal()" wouldn't work in plain BG1, but it works like a charm. Link to comment
