Is there a Deathbringer kit available for players?

I've seen the Deathbringer kit for Saverok in the NPC Kit pack, but I'd like to know if this kit is available (in-game or via another mod) to new players?

It isn't, but if you want it to be, you can modify the NPCKit.tp2 in the following way:
