Icendoan
Right, I want to add a selection of spells I made in DLTCEP to my NPC sorcerer. After digging around the net for a bit, I discovered that ADD_SPELL isn't what to use if I wish to retain my custom prefixes. So, in my TP2, they are copied and have names and descriptions. What code should I use to place them into my NPC's spellbook and any ids or 2da files that need to have the spells in? Oh, and so I don't come running and asking the same questions over and over again, could you explain what the code means, because the more complex WeiDU functions return a blank stare from me. (I mean more closely related to the engine, so WRITE_BYTE and WRITE_ASCII ect.) Thanks, Icen Link to comment
Nythrun
If you're adding them to an NPC, why not just added them to the spellbook with DLTCP? If not, COPY ~path/to/mycre.cre~ override ADD_KNOWN_SPELL myspell #0 /* or whatever level - 1 */ WIZARD (see WeiDU readme)? Link to comment
Icendoan
You know, I used the find function for that, and it didn't find it. Stupid IE6. Thanks. Icen EDIT: Downloading FF now... Link to comment
