BG1 - Starting Game and talk to guy in travern

Hi i downloaded the game from svn (rev. 5140) and tried to play Baldur's Gate (German Version)

 

I noticed two issues from start.

 

- After creating a character, I saved the game.

- Then go into the travern and talked to publican.

- The Save-Screen pops up. If you click on abort there is a 50% - 50% chance to enter the publican-menu or droped back to the game

 

It's possible to save 2 games with the same name. But it isn't possible to override a old game
