Invalid links

The "Misc." links on the main IESDP page are dead (Effect Application Order || Override Folders || Timing Modes || Understanding Timers || Search map colours || Height map explanation || Variables). However, the pages exist and will work if you insert "appendices/" after the domain and before the filename. E.g., instead of <http://iesdp.gibberlings3.net/variables.htm>, the link should be <http://iesdp.gibberlings3.net/appendices/variables.htm>.
