BG2: crash when going to bridge district

Heya,

 

I have some old saves where it works perfectry,

but at my main save, suddenly whenever i try going there, i get a crash.

all other areas work perfect beside this one.

 

already installed the patch and cleaned the cache dir.

anyone god an idea maybe? i really owe that damn lich some decent blows

Weird. Crashes could be down to a number of things. What mods do you have? If you have none then it might be an idea to just reinstall the game, update to the latest patch and then install the fixpack.

Have you been there before? Some places (I know the graveyard does this) have scripts that aren't set up to work if you first visit the place after a certain chapter (typically when you come back from Brynnlaw).

Well, Already been there, i think i got a lot of G3 npc's, weapons and fixes mods installed.

 

I was there, i think the last thing was that merchent you save and buy a few stuff from him.

Hmm, posting up your WeiDU log might help. It should be called weidu.log and be in your BG2 installation directory.
