using the below weidu.log I started a new game after every mod I installed and found the following.

 

I created a fighter with 18 CON and started a game and he had 14 hp's, this was fine after every mod except SCS after which he had 24 hp's. Some component of SCS gives a newly created fighter with 18 CON an extra 10 hp's

Started from scratch and when I got to SCS I installed a component and each time started a new game each time with a fighter with 18 con. Here is what I discovered:

 

after Tougher chapter-two end battle component the fighter would only have 10hp's and not 14.

after Improved final battle component the fighter only had 10hp's instead of 14.

 

after installing skip candlekeep component I started a new game with a fighter with 18 con and he had 24 hp's. looking at the scripts I have no clue as to how this could happen.

I had a similar bug with Viconia (restarting the game didn't help).

At level 1, after leveling up (Allow player to choose NPC proficiencies and skills), she ended up with 28 HP.

Well, it as been suggested that the problem might be in th BGT... A64 is looking in to it. But are you sure it was a new character(new as in not imported)?

 

I had a similar bug with Viconia (restarting the game didn't help). At level 1, after leveling up (Allow player to choose NPC proficiencies and skills), she ended up with 28 HP.
That's because something prevents the script form taking the 20 extra HP's away. I have the same problem, because I installed the ToB alike characters from SCS (the SETUP-SCS.TP2~ #0 #70 // Allow player to choose NPC proficiencies and skills) after L1NPCs, stupid I know... :)

Well, it as been suggested that the problem might be in th BGT... A64 is looking in to it. But are you sure it was a new character(new as in not imported)?

 

It was a new character. Its not a BGT problem because a new fighter with 18CON had the right amount of HP's. The problem only happened after installing the skip candlekeep component. For clairty, I made a new character each time and started a new game after each component to get my results I posted above.
