SCS is primarily a tactical mod for Tutu and Baldur's Gate Trilogy. The idea is to make the game rather more tactically challenging, rather than just making it harder by brute-force methods like tripling all the damage rolls. It also contains a few rule tweaks and ease-of-use features. v9 contains a new French translation, the option for enemies to use BG2 spells, and lots of bugfixes.
