Merely walk into a building you do not intend on returning to, place the undesired NPC at the far end, kick the person out and walk out the door. So long as the NPC does not get a chance to speak with you, the second of the pair will remain content. Link to comment

But the walkthrough also says 'Tutu Only', though that may only mean 'not compatible with BiG World''. I haven't tried it myself, because just sticking somebody in a derelict building has always been good enough for me. Link to comment

The readme says: Allow NPC pairs to separate...For technical reasons, this component and the next are combined into a single BGT component, "Better NPC management". Link to comment
