infinite number of magical ropes on the Sahuagin King

I am pickpocketting my way through the Sahugin City, just to see if there is anything useful here. I have never had such a supremely accomplished sneaker and pickpocket at this point in the game before, for

some reason.

 

At any rate, pickpocketting the King is not a problem, but the results are. After removing his treasury

key, several potions, and his nose ring, I receive a magical rope every time I pp him. I have 15 of them

now.
