I suspect you haven't play-tested the Centeol's pit...?

What else could explain the fact that this mod creates a PIT OF THOUSAND SCREAMING TORMENTS OF THE DEEPEST GORGES OF HELL WHERE NO MAN OR TRAINED MONKEY WOULD EVER VOLUNTARILY VENTURE?!

 

Edit: Though I do admit it's amusing how Centeol, now having his terrible illusion dispelled, goes against the mighty and frightening Jon Irenicus himself, and how Xan pities the poor guy. Would've loved to know how that story ended.

The main difficulty/change from vanilla is presumably the giant spiders casting web...in which case a cleric casting free action, or buying a few potions of freedom from High Hedge, will help. Also try casting a fireball or two (with wands, or from spellbooks) in Centeol's general direction as soon as you enter her lair, this should hopefully thin out the opposition, or at least cut down their HP.

 

I think Centeol is a she, by the way.

Yeah, and Skull Trap works wonders also. If you can Cloudkill is awesome, at is takes up 90% of the cave, so even SCS spiders won't be able to escape it.
