BG2 -> Shadowkeeper Fallen Paladin back to normal?

To make a long story short, I was playing BGTutu and managed to make my Paladin fallen without noticing before it was way too late.

 

I was messing around with Shadowkeeper to try to fix it, but I'm stumped. This was a while ago so I can't really remember exactly what I'd done, but I remember I changed a "fallen" flag which made me normal again, but didn't return any of my paladin abilities, so it was pretty useless.

 

Is there a proper way to accomplish this? Any help is very appreciated.

You could try to level up to a higher level, as that should reorganize the character. And if that won't help, you can always drop the level back to 0 and recalculate the character... that will give you bonus saves, hit points, thac0 and innate spell abilities... but you can zero them(20 to thac0 and to all saves), before you drop to level 0 and then just load the game and level back up.

SK doesn't allow to edit the fallen flags. Use NI/DLTCEP.
