Throwing Axe bug?

I think there is a problem with BG2Tweaks v6, though it could be another mod, (unless its Easytutu itself). For whatever reason throwing axes are usuable by my druid (avenger). They shouldn't be. This was a plain vanilla stack of 5 throwing axes that I bought from Winthrop just after starting a new game.

Other than weapon stacking and the P&P Protections, I didn't apply an item mod...

I looked in NI at AX1H04.itm and it looks OK there.

In the class "unusuable by", druid is checked, then in the unsuable by 1/4, 2/4, etc. that list the various kits, only beastmaster was selected. Is this the problem, or should it inherit the druid one from above it?

Here is my weidu log:

I tested with a vanilla Easytutu install and it had the same problem. Though upon looking at the some of the weapons, the _AX1H04.itm is what Winthrop is selling and it is in error. Both it and _AX1H05.itm. They are set to 31, which is unusable by Half-Orcs, (druids are 30)...
