Problem with Ranger Stronghold

I've run into a problem with the ranger stronghold quest. I finished the Temple Ruins and completed the first quest with Mairyn the forest spirit and Lord Igen Tomblethen without an issue. But after a little questing in other areas I came back and found out that my cabin had been barred up and the people no longer want me as their ranger. A little before that Delon spawned at the Druid Grove to try and tell me something. Instead of initiating a conversation, however, the words "I have an offer for you, if you wish to hear it" came up and he took off. I'm just curious if this is a common issue, if it has been reported before, and if there is anything I can do about it.

Nope, I told them no.

I think this may be the fixpack (there's another report of this floating around). If you have a save from before Delon popped up, try deleting "DELON.bcs" from your override folder and then reloading.

 

Hopefully, this will get fixed in the future.

Well I don't have a save from before it but I'm not really worried as its not a game-breaker or anything. What I really posted for was to find out if G3 was aware of the problem so they could possible address it in the future.
