Guest guest
Well, it's all in the topic title, nothing else to add really...any particular reason no such mod exists? It would be great to have even more dialogue possible per game with an additional npc for one thing. Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
It's hard coded to the engine... Edit, by the way, how in the frell were you able to get 6 NPCs stay at your party with your player character. Link to comment
DavidW
It's hard coded to the engine... It would also break a lot of game scripts even if it was possible (though doubtless there'd be sufficient interest that someone would fix them, if that was the only problem.) Link to comment
Guest e
how about adding another SETS of party. ye know, another squad of party -- instead of adding NPCs currently in yer group. would that still break some script and stuff? that'll be cool. Link to comment

Well, of course you can make the additional party members ally to your party with the AddFamiliar() command, and they should follow you when you leave the map for another ... but that won't make them talk or give you control over items, level up or anything like, without specified scripting for that, but it gives one the ability to have more cannon fodder.
