Imoen inflicts too many damages.

Location: Irenicus dungeon. Imoen is equipped with dagger+1 (1d4+1). She does 7-9 (not critical hits) damage when attacks goblin archers. I also attacked Yoshimo (equipped with bow) and received the same picture. I thought she receives +4 To Hit, but it seems she also receives +4 To Damage. Is it ok?

 

P.S. I'm playing on core rules.

Yes. Attacking someone who has a ranged weapon equipped gives you +4 to hit and damage.
