Hello, another question in my creation of a NPC. I had found a tutorial but only one of four of the tools required was still availible at the links, and I can't find them elsewhere.

 

I was wondering if anyone else can help? I am trying to make a character specific katana. Thank you all ahead of time, again.

For item creation, you can accomplish everything you need with either DLTCEP or Near Infinity--try them both and see which you prefer. For packagng the item and getting it into the game, use WeiDU.
