I know there are quite some thread on this theme, but there are so many different answers so I'll ask once again here:

 

-Drizzt appeared in Red Canyons and I agreed to find the journal together

-there is more than a day since I met Drizzt, but good gnolls are nowhere in Red Canyons area

 

So:

-Do these good gnolls ALWAYS spawn in Red Canyons or can it be somewhere else?I explored most of the surrounding areas except the Lightouse and the High Hedge

-what must I do to spawn these gnolls, what are their codes?

I can't help you, but I can tell you like it happened in my game (I hope I remember all correctly):

 

As I entered a new area (in my case it was the Xvart village) Drizzt cames to me and told me, that he will come back after a day and that he will meet me at the same place. I wanted to start walking around, as the good gnolls appeared. After this encounter I slept until Drizzt showed up again.
