Opcode #106 - Fail Morale

I have failed to make this one work at all, experimenting with both PCs and NPCs. NI claims this effect has three different modes; Increase/Decrease (0), Set (1) and Set % of (2) but I have had no success with any of these either. I was wondering if somebody else could confirm that it does not work.

The current BG2 description is:

Set Morale Failure [106],Irrelevant,Morale Break,Sets the targetted creature(s) morale failure possibility, based on the value specified by the 'Morale Break' field.


Known values for 'Morale Break' are:

0 Enable morale failure

1 Disable morale failure (immune to failure)


Maybe this applies to BG1 as well?
