Druid in Jaheria's Quest: unlimited summons spells?

I have been finding the battle in Cloakwood 3 (or is it 4? -- the one with the guy down on the ground) ridiculously difficult. I have got it down to a final druid but he seems to have unlimited summons spells. He's cast Animal Summoning II and Call Woodland Being at least 3 times now, what gives? How many does he have?

 

Also, something strange has happened, let me show you:

 

 

All of the Druids were called this and the guy on the floor is called "It's embarrassing ..."

 

Any idea what might have caused this? I've tried completely re-installing the mod, but it didn't fix it.

Unbelievable! He's cast it a 4th and 5th time now. How am I meant to win this battle?

Usually this would sound like a scripting error, but none of the BG1 NPC druids I know of even have either of those spells, scripted or otherwise. Andarthe (one of the boss druids) only has Animal Summoning 1 for example, and finite slots of that for that matter. I will say all the druids have exactly as many spells as they should have for their level, by the book (appendices in the game manual anyway). It might well be interference from an AI type mod.

 

I'm having trouble recognising where your battle took place - do you know what the druid's name should have been?

This is undoubtedly dialogue corruption caused by some other mod. You might want to post your WeiDU.log, but you may also quite likely have to do a full reinstall or restore (not just BG1 NPC).
