This effect seemed to be dummy for all engines, but apparently it does something in PST.

(I still don't know what is it).

 

It is used by SPWI505 (Desert Hell).

 

so far i see Param1/Param2 are supposed to be IDS targeting. (Param2 = 2-8)

Actually, it is what its name implies, the target runs away

Maybe the other named but dummy effects are also working in PST?

The IDS targeting part is disabled in it, but it has three different modes (7, 8 and others) set by Parameter2.

 

7 - is a weak effect, it seems not working too well, it is kind of crawling away from target.

8 - is straight walk away

the others seem to be straight run away.
