Contigency not working as described in BGII

Hi all,

I only just discover the wonderful world of BG mods and am very excited.

I have recently discovered that the spell 'contigency' does not trigger correctly as described by the spell description. Under the in the game description, it mentioned that, when contigency was set under the 'helpless condition', it should also fire when the character was charmed, dominated and confused. However, in reality it only fired when the character was either held or stunned.

I am just wondering is it hard to fix this? Or is it better to just correct the description? If you know what I mean. I am hoping that who ever is maintaining the BG II tweak pack could look into this. You have my sincerely gratitude.
