Infinity Explorer help

Bit new to this but when I open infinity explorer to look up dialogues (just to double check some typos that need fixing), some of the .DLG files don't come up, especially for some of the downloaded mods, or the file is there but the dialogue doesn't show up.

 

Does anyone know why and how might I correct this?
