Song and Silence (converting npcs to new kits)

Greetings.

 

I have been modifying my game a bit of late trying to get a party that is more suited to my style of play.

I hate Yoshimo, but as the only single class thief, he holds a place in many parties.

 

As I play a Chorister (great class...though I have added a few more cleric-y spells to the list) I feel more than a little outclassed by Haerdalis' insane blade-ness and would like to convert him to a shadowdancer. Shadowkeeper cannot do it...and near-infinity keeps turning him into an Assassin when I select the appropriate kit. Thoughts?
