Change from F: drive to E: drive

This question wasn't about mods so I assumed it belonged here. A while back I downloaded a copy of Icewind Dale because I had left my physical copy elsewhere. I was able to play with this torrented copy off an F: drive through Daemon Tools but now that I have my physical copy back again, I'd like to play on that. Unfortunately, my computer continues to insist on looking for the CD in the F: drive rather than my computer's physical E: drive. Any suggestions?

 

On another note, I wanted to switch to my physical copy because the game was constantly crashing and I hope that doing so would stop that. I also have the NPC mod installed, but I don't know if that's related. Any information would be great.

There should be icewind.ini file in the game folder, look for paths there. Maybe not exactly 'icewind', as I can't recall for sure, but the extention is 'ini' for certain.

When this happened to me with PS:T, I just reinstalled. Worked like a charm.
