Enemies can't fight?

[Hide and Seek]

In contrast to a bug I experienced earlier, where I had to attack enemies to make them fight back, some enemies (Mencar, Cohrvale, Bregg, Koshi, Giant Spiders) attack the PC, the PC hits back, the enemies stops moving, and only starts to attack again as long as my NPC's doesn't manage to hit them. It's like a script makes them jump back to initial attack, after every strike, as long as you leave them alone.

 

Extra confusing if you use an Anti-Paladin, or Valygar's katana. Is this due to an absence of the fix pack, which I have so far, never used? (I have yet to encounter this bug in ToB)
