I got some buggs in my game. SOme of them are maybe not related to SCS II :

I am only at chapter 2

Gaius (the mage in sewers of temple distric) use a contengencie (stoneskin) as soon the fight start. (a waste considering all mage already have stoneskin)

Nevaziah (liche who got the nether scroll) cast stoneskin at the begining of the fight . (he's protected from magical weapons thanks to a trigger but it's surely a waste)

OK, looks like something may be wrong with stoneskin detection; will chase.

May I ask you David if you have check where the pb come from ?

After playing around with option 3 mages for a bit I actually like them more. They are almost perfect to me, and the closest to vanilla scripts on buffing. i.e. they get a couple of long term buffs free and use contingencies and triggers for short term buffs. Option 1 mages can be a little frustrating at times, their power outstrips other classes of the same level by quite some way.

The one thing I would love to see improved on option 3 mages is the spells they use in trigger/contingencies. I feel they could be optimised a little more for defense and have less for attack since they do not get the mass of free buffs option 1 mages do. For example a trigger after the initial chain contingency(of for e.g. wilting, spell turning, imp mantle) of GoI, shadow door and fire shield would close a lot of holes in their defenses. GoI should definetely be valued higher in my opinion, and defintely over spell immunity which i see being used quite commonly in chain contingency. It grants great resistance to parties without a level 12 mage of their own, and prevents a whole host of little tricks for low level parties to beat vastly higher level opponents. Level 16 mages could benefit greatly from dropping an inital trigger of GoI, shadow door and pro. magic weapons instead of being almost naked as they are now.

Would like to confirm that the lich not able to be breached with the componant installed is on my file also in version 11. Breach worked as is should on my old version 8 game. Used a spellstrike scroll, multiple ruby ray and pierce magic to dispell all spell protections first to make sure it wasn't spell immunity. It does work vs raksashas, haven't gotten to any demi-liches yet. lich in question is the daystar lich.

isn't there a special level 0 that dispell magic and remove magic use to bypass level immunity? why not just put breach on that in that componant instead of the current method of leaving it at level 5, removing level 5 immunity from monsters and doing a spell by spell immunity of level 5 spells.
