Uninstall Portrait Pack?

Is there a way for me to uninstall the portrait pack without having to uninstall the entire game?

Sure thing - just run BG1NPC once again and uninstall that component. There are no strings changed in that component, so I have strong doubts that savegames would be broken, but just in case, back up your game folder first (I would back it up to another drive via drag-n-drop, then if anything goes wrong just delete the broken one, drop the folder back in place, no harm no foul).

 

If you do use a savegame, I think the .cres in areas you have already visited will keep their old portrait designation, but I am not completely sure about that, because I have never risked it.
