How do I make PT play fullscreen?

I love your mod but the game plays in the corner of the screen with the rest of the screen black.

I have the ini set to fullscreen 1.

But how do I make the game fill my whole screen?

I have checked previous threads and the question has come up before but never answered.

You might wish to try this, it centers the GUI.
