I've actually got the same problem. It's only been about two days in my game, but I still find it odd that he has had two banters with Aerie and only one flirt with my PC. There have been no Lovetalks, as far as I can tell. We've already dropped Lanie off, and slept once. He is definitely not acting like he's engaged to PC at all, even though she has the ring and greeted him as "love".
