Specialized Mages get different spells

I like the idea of different types of mages having different spells but i have a few questions

 

1)Do all mages regardless of school get Ghost Armor/Spirit Armor,Protection from magical energy and protection from magical weapons?

 

Do all liches still get all of the above?

Sorry, this is a very late answer, but basically yes: the spell school choices are made so that core protective spells are still available to everyone. (Necromancers don't get access to Improved Invisibility and other illusions, which took a bit of thought to deal with.) Liches are handled the same as other spellcasters (except that iirc they have a different probability of having the various specialisations).
