Andyr
Version 2 of the Mur'Neth NPC mod for BG1 Tutu has been released! This mod adds a CE Ghaunadan as a joinable NPC. He can be found in the Nashkel Mines, and has a unique kit, voice, dialogue and more... For more information about the mod, check out the webpage: http://www.gibberlings3.net/murneth/ View the complete ReadMe: http://www.gibberlings3.net/readmes/readme-mur%27neth.html And finally download the mod. Windows and Mac OS X versions are available: http://www.gibberlings3.net/downloads/#murneth For any questions, queries or random praise feel free to drop along to the forum here: http://forums.gibberlings3.net/index.php?showforum=50 Criticism, complaints and the like are best directed at ne'er-do-wells and layabouts such as CamDawg, Grim Squeaker and the like. But adoration should definitely come my way. Oh, here's what's new in Version 2: - Updated installer to WeiDU 161. - Made sure there were proper checks for Mur'Neth actually being present in the banters. - Filled out the banter set. - Added a handful of interjects around the place, so he's not quite so silent. Ice Island, the final underground area, and so on. - Fixed a BAM assignment problem. - Removed the save penalty from Ooze Touch as it was a little too powerful for BG1. - Added AoE compatability for the kit. - Boosted stats a little - as whenever I actually tried to use him in a game, he got completely slaughtered! The mod is currently available in British English. If anyone wants to translate it into another language, drop me a line. I hope you enjoy yourselves. Link to comment
Quitch
1. If I already have him installed and in the party, can I remove and reinstall him without causing problems? 2. It's English (International) not British English. Link to comment
Andyr
1. You won't get the higher stats I assigned him, but other than that it should be ok. 2. Noted I suppose I could change it if it really bugs people. Incidentally, v3 has a little more dialogue, a few fixed typos, more voicing for banters and interjects and (hopefully) a French translation. Can't give an accurate eta on v3 but it will reinstall - compatible like v2 is. Link to comment
Quitch
I suspect I won't be continuing my BG game any time soon, so I can wait. Link to comment
