Scrubbing mods

I'm looking to scrub the mods from my Tutu (and eventually BG2) install so I can add or update a few that 'should' be applied early in the install list. Is it safe to simply go in and delete everything manually, or do I have to use the uninstall feature for each?

 

If I do need to use the uninstall, is there any program out there that can remove all mods quickly?

I made one for myself but never released it properly. I'll upload it if you can run it without installing 30000 dlls.

 

EDIT: no such luck, it requires cygwin.

Try this. It should allow you to restore your BG2 installation, anyway. I don't know if there are still attached downloads for Tutu.

I'll just re-install Tutu, then. It's not that painful to do it, and it's probably the fastest way to install updated versions of the mods I use.
