Older versions of SCS(II)

Older versions of SCSII will still be available when updates take place, but not under the same filename. If for some random reason you want (say) version 14, the link is scsII-v14_archival.exe. See this thread for the rationale. (And use that thread to explain why it's a bad idea; I'll lock this one to avoid parallel discussions.)
