0xc2 - flash screen there is no indication of any parameter 2 usage. The RGB color in param1 is used.

The perceived delay may have been caused by some different timing mode.

 

0xc3 - param2 is a special bitfield. I don't really know what the bits are doing (yet).

(bit0) - The odd/even bit, there seem to be not much effect

(bit1-2) - these are used together

0 - fade to and from ?

2 - fade to only ?

4 - ?

6 - ?

(bit 3) -

0 - ?

8 - ?

 

The values 100 and 200 have special meanings and override the bitfield values. (black isle at its best)
